Workglaze specializes in assisting remote companies and teams to establish well-structured digital environments. Our services include creating customized digital workspaces and offices using Notion, data migration to these digital platforms, and providing training on their functionalities.
User Responsibilities
- Ensure that any information provided to us is accurate and complete.
- Use our services and the created digital environments in a lawful manner and not for any unlawful purpose.
- Respect intellectual property rights and not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the provided services or any part of them for commercial purposes without our express permission.
Payment Terms
- Details about the pricing, invoicing, and payment terms for our services will be outlined in the service agreement or contract.
- Payments are due as stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the services provided, including but not limited to digital workspace designs and training materials, belong exclusively to Workglaze. Custom-made workspaces and tutorials, once paid for in full by the client, are owned by both the client and Workglaze. Both parties have the right to use, modify, and resell these materials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our services are provided “as is”. Workglaze makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Workglaze or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services we provide.
Amendments to Terms
- Workglaze reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
Governing Law

Workspace Building
- a. Service Description: Workglaze specializes in building custom digital workspaces using Notion. These workspaces are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- b. Client Collaboration: The client is expected to provide clear requirements and feedback during the workspace development process to ensure the final product meets their needs.
- c. Delivery and Revisions: Workglaze will deliver the completed workspace within the agreed timeframe and will accommodate a reasonable number of revisions based on client feedback.
Data Migration
- a. Service Description: Workglaze offers data migration services, focusing on transferring client data into Notion databases within the newly created digital workspaces.
- b. Client Responsibility for Data: Clients are responsible for clarifying their data policy to Workglaze and providing specific instructions on handling their data. Prior to data transfer, clients must ensure a backup of all data is made, as Workglaze is not responsible for data loss or integrity issues during the migration process.
- c. Handling and Deletion of Data: Workglaze will handle client data solely for the purpose of migration into the Notion databases of the created workspace. After the completion of the data migration process, Workglaze will delete all client data from its systems within 24 hours, ensuring no backups or copies are retained.
- d. Data Integrity and Security: Workglaze commits to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of client data during the migration process. Clients are advised to review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of the data post-migration.
Training
- a. Service Description: Workglaze provides training and educational materials to help clients and their teams effectively utilize their new digital workspaces.
- b. Training Materials: Workglaze will provide comprehensive training materials, including guides, tutorials, and other resources, to facilitate learning.
- c. Limitation of Liability: Workglaze is not responsible for ensuring that each individual participant understands or masters the content of the training materials. Our responsibility is limited to providing clear, informative, and professional training resources.
